Yes, I knew it echocharly and I got your point.. but my point here is that you should have made use of this image in a different manner and not as exactly similar as what I did with my kimi with due respect.. at first, I didn't want to pay much attention to it, not until my co-artist in the forum reacted about this matter and urged me to do something to fix this things. No offense meant to you but I just did what I think is right and proper.
Excuse me miss LAYDEE, maybe you forgoten that everyone has the right to use the website called PHOTOFUNIA and I do not copied your kimi, we downloaded it from the site stated above...so I think you have to consider if some of your kimis has the same from other artist and you have to think that people are searching website that can provide them a nice picture and it cannot be avoided here in imkimi to have 1 or more the same pictures published

I am highly motivated to contact you because I don't think it is fair for me that my kimi was copied/imitated not just once nor twice but many times. I felt bad because I knew very well I am the original author of that kimi. They created such imitations probably because they've seen that it earned favorable amount of uses. It's in fact the hottest kimi in my page.
However, I never know if I can do anything to get the credits due to me for being the first to create that kimi. The image I used is accessible in the web, but what about my Intellectual Property Rights? The design concept of that kimi is a novelty of my own idea, I was the first to create such so I think I'm just rightful for my claims.
I likewise don't have any idea how you can handle the situation, but can you provide me a favor for this?... or should I suggest that their kimis be deleted so that these will not earn anymore uses? I'm asking for fairness... please help me.
